The Dorchester Corporation has a 40 year history of being a value-added real estate investment company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. The website acquired the services of Deer Creek Enterprise to upgrade its Flash website so that its textual content can be managed via XML files. This simple CMS upgrade allows them to update the textual content without having to recompile the Flash source or to hire someone else.
